Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vav Yatra, we understand that most people who cancel their booked tour packages/reservations do as per the necessity. The cancellations are costly to administer/company as involve dedicated staff time and communications costs etc. Therefore – Vav Yatra charge on all cancellations made:-
- Cancellation is INR 1000 Per head Per Tour.
- 45 -30 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25% of full tour cost
- 29 -20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost
- 19 -10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost
- 08 – Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
Note : We will help to refund your payment as much as possible. But if the situation is beyond our limit then we are helpless.
If you need to cancel your tour package/reservation, please send us a mail regarding the same To receive any refund, if applicable, will be processed between 30 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.
